Code Instruction Services, Inc.: Providing continuing education to
the construction industry since 1992.

Biography of the Instructor:
Robert Smith

Robert Smith is a third generation Master Electrician and third
generation Master Plumber.  His son (Adam) has been working as
an electrician since 1997.  Note: Adam has stated that the legacy of
Master Plumbers will not be extended to the fourth generation.  It
apparently has something to do with "Friday is payday, solids and
effluents running down hill and biting one's finger nails!"

Rob has been working as an inspector in Maryland and Delaware
since 1985.  His inspections have covered electrical, plumbing and
building inspections from residential to heavy industrial and
commercial installation.  His credentials include Certified Building
Official and Master Code Professional.

Rob's teaching experience began in the early 1980's when he
taught evening adult education courses for plumbing home repairs.
He then moved on to teach an electrical apprenticeship class for
Associated Builders and Contractors from 1985 to 1993.

Robert Smith conducted the first seminar for Code Instruction
Services on April 4, 1992.  Since that date he has provided seminars
and code related instruction to hundreds of electrical contractors
and construction professionals.
